For Broadway, Greenroom costs $10 per payee, per week, with a $250 weekly minimum. Off-Broadway is $500 per week for up to 50 payees, then $5 per additional payee; Developmental is $500 per week flat. Every tier is one weekly fee, with no setup, per-run, routine correction, digital year-end, or manual data-change fees.

W-2, loan-out, and 1099 workers all count as payees at the same rate. Greenroom combines everyone paid that week — cast, crew, and vendors — into one payee total, so Broadway and Off-Broadway pricing does not split people into separate worker-type charges. Developmental pricing stays a flat weekly fee.

Off-Broadway and Developmental use their published weekly rates, so the Greenroom fee remains one line item rather than a stack of add-ons.

Greenroom supports AEA, ATPAM, SDC, USA 829, and IATSE stage agreements including Local 764, Local 798, and the Pink Contract. Those agreements are natively integrated for the performers, managers, directors, designers, stagehands, wardrobe, and hair and make-up teams they cover. Don’t see a union? No — Greenroom never holds your payroll funds. Funds movement, tax filing, and payments are handled by our payment processor. Funds never pass through a Greenroom bank account. Disbursements happen only on Greenroom’s direction against an approved, reconciled payroll run.

Greenroom’s weekly fee covers our payroll processing, union calculations, benefit remittances, onboarding, reporting, and digital year-end filing services. Optional physical check/form fulfillment and certain exceptional third-party banking or filing costs are passed through at cost. These costs are not part of Greenroom’s weekly service fee and are disclosed before approval whenever reasonably possible.

• Printing and delivery of paper checks and supporting reports
• USPS, FedEx, courier, or other delivery services
• Printing and mailing paper W-2s, 1099s, or other tax documents when requested or required
• Employer-requested or required wire funding
• Failed payee bank-account validation or payment events
• Returned or unsuccessful employer funding transfers
• Additional tax filings or amendments caused by late, incomplete, or inaccurate company information
• Tax filing obligations that continue after a company stops using Greenroom

Third-party pass-through costs are billed without markup, and Greenroom does not bill a cost caused by its own error.
