• Transaction information including the information you provide to make a purchase or initiate payroll processing, items you view, select, or cancel, and records of past transaction.
• Communications with us including the information you include in communications with us, for example, when sending a customer support inquiry.
• Device information including information about your device, browser, or network connection, your IP address, and other unique identifiers.
• Usage information including information regarding your interaction with the Services, including how and when you interact with or navigate the Services.

We process this information at the direction of the customer and in accordance with our agreements (including the Greenroom Terms of Services and applicable Services Terms). Some of this information – including government ID numbers, payroll/wage data, and financial account information – may be considered “sensitive” under applicable laws. Whether information is “sensitive” may depend on the laws that are applicable based on where you live.

We may also collect information that cannot reasonably be used to infer information about, or otherwise be linked to you, known as deidentified information. Deidentified information is not considered personal information. We may use or share deidentified information without obligation to you, except as prohibited by applicable law.

Sources of Personal Information

• Directly from Directly from you or your employer or business. We collect personal information when you or, where applicable, your employer or business customer provides it to us, including when an account is created, payroll is processed, Services are used, or communications occur. This includes information provided in connection with employment, payroll administration, tax reporting, benefits administration, customer support inquiries, or account management.
• Automatically through the Services. When you access or use the Services, we may automatically collect certain information from your device or browser, including through cookies and similar technologies. This information may include device identifiers, IP address, log data, usage patterns, and other technical information used to operate, secure, and improve the Services.
• From our service providers. We may receive personal information from vendors and service providers that support our operations, such as cloud hosting providers, payment processors, security providers, customer support vendors, and analytics providers, when they process data on our behalf in connection with the Services.

We use your personal information to provide, operate, and administer payroll and related Services, including calculating wages, processing payroll, facilitating payments, generating reports, maintaining accounts, remembering preferences, and supporting payroll, tax, and compliance activities as directed by our customers.
• Improve and Develop the Services. We use your personal information to maintain, analyze, and improve the functionality, performance, reliability, and user experience of the Services, including troubleshooting, testing, and internal research and development.
• Marketing and Advertising. We use certain personal information for marketing and promotional purposes, such as to send marketing, advertising and promotional communications by email, text message or postal mail, and to show you online advertisements for the Services or other websites, including your activity on the Services (such as previous purchases and other activity on the Services).

“Do Not Track” Signals

Your browser settings may allow you to automatically transmit a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal to websites and online services you visit. At this time there is no consensus among industry participants as to the meaning of “Do Not Track” in this context. Like many other websites, our Services are not configured to respond to “Do Not Track” signals from browsers.

Communications

You can opt out of receiving certain promotional communications (emails or text messaging) from us at any time either by following the instructions provided in emails to click on the unsubscribe link, or by texting STOP to stop (a confirmation message will be sent). Please note that your opt-out is limited to the e-mail address or phone number used. If you opt-out of only certain communications, other communications may continue. The Services may use or provide links to websites or other online platforms operated by third parties, including third-party infrastructure providers, payment processors, financial data providers, tax/compliance tools, support resources, government sites and forms, or other external resources. If you follow links to sites not affiliated or controlled by us, you should review their privacy and security policies and other terms and conditions. Greenroom does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the privacy or security of such sites, including the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information, content, products, services, or practices found on these sites. Information you provide on public or semi-public venues, including information you share on third-party social networking platforms may also be viewable by other users of the Services and/or users of those third-party platforms without limitation as to its use by us or by a third party. Our inclusion of such links does not, by itself, imply any endorsement of the content on such platforms or of their owners or operators, except as disclosed on the Services.

Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

Your Rights and Choices

Children's Data

The Services are intended for a general audience, and are not intended to be used by children under 16. We do not knowingly collect any personal information directly from anyone under the age of 16. Greenroom may collect and process personal information about minor child performers under 16, where provided by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized representative, in connection with payroll, tax reporting, payment, and child labor compliance requirements. Security and Retention of Your Information

Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee "perfect security." In addition, any information you send to us may not be secure while in transit. We recommend that you do not use unsecure channels to communicate sensitive or confidential information to us. We take commercially reasonable security measures to protect the information that you provide to us; however you use the Services and provide information to use at your own risk.
